| ARBORtrack is now in its fourteenth year. It is just over a year since the last User Group Meeting and as so much has been going on within Arbortrack over this period we feel it is time for another chance for all of our Users to get together and discuss where we are now and to see how we are going to keep up to date with the technological changes, which continue at an ever increasing rate. |

| A number of existing Users have offered the benefit of their experience over the years, which has led to many of the upgrades incorporated within Arbortrack. Several more have offered advice as to how Arbortrack can be further improved. We believe this is an excellent opportunity to share all of the observations that have been made and agree the most important changes to be made for the next upgrade. We would therefore like to invite you to the next Arbortrack User Group meeting on
Wednesday 22nd July 2009, where your attendance will be appreciated.

| The meeting is intended to be an informal but informative session and will be held at
Oak Tree Conference Centre, Oak Tree Court, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2UN.
These meetings are important to us and provide you with the opportunity to meet other Users and potential Users to discuss the various methods of operation within their Organisations. There will be ample time for further discussions throughout the remainder of the afternoon if necessary.
The meeting is free of charge but is by invitation only. All our current
